How to Use Jade Roller?

Start by using the jade roller on your forehead. Begin at the center of your forehead and slowly roll the roller left and right towards your ears, repeating the process 3 to 6 times. Next, use the smaller jade roller to roll over your eyelids and eye sockets, moving from the corner of your eye towards your ear. For your nose and lips, utilize the larger jade roller to roll from your nose, over your upper and lower lips, and out towards your ears, rolling upwards and outwards.

Continue by rolling the jade roller along your jawline until you reach below your earlobe. Finally, start from your chin and roll the roller from the center outwards and upwards towards your cheeks. For your neck, you can roll the roller under your chin towards your collarbone and outwards to the sides of your neck.

How to Use Gua Sha Tool?

Hold the Gua Sha tool flat against your face and begin on your forehead. Scrape the tool in an upward motion from your eyebrows to your hairline. Move to your cheeks and scrape outwards, starting from the crease of your nose and moving towards your ear.

For your jawline, use the two curved ends of the Gua Sha tool, starting from your chin and scraping towards your ear, gently releasing any tension. For the area under your eyes, gently scrape the Gua Sha tool from the inner corner of your eye outwards towards your temple.

Clean the jade roller or Gua Sha tool with cool water or a soft, damp wipe. Avoid using hot water or soaking the jade in water. Do not expose the jade to harsh chemicals or cleaning agents, as this can erode the gloss of the jade.
